body awareness and self-care

Based on studies of the Angel Vianna Methodology, this practice brings research and listening exercises to the body itself. Through images and exercises, we explore the possibilities of each joint, weight transfers, chains and paths that the body is capable of doing. This is a practice which principle is to activate the individual power of each being to move with respect and pleasure.

In COVID-19 times:

Considering the well-being and mental and physical health in quarantine times, I offer private classes of stretching, breathing, self-care and movement. This is a practice focused on one person and their particular demands at this particular time. To move the body is essential to move the energy.
